Charrua Http Web Server (Android/Windows)

Hi Friends,
I have published the Charrua Http Web Server (Android/Windows) project as open source, due the lack of time I have not full finished (missing the implementation to run CGI scripts).
If someone wants to continue with the project, welcome and go on...

I was using and old version of winrar.
il try the zip thoug.
