Yes, its an SDK with API to protect EXE files in Windows systems. Dont have code for build xbase app using harbour/xharbour.

I don´t know PELock... but I protect my exe files using UPX...
It seems that PELock can be compiled using Delphi or Lazarus. Did you try??

Pelock can let that your app dont piracy.. all the installations can be monitored by you.. you may give one key different with installation of your software.
Software license control is anticopy prevention NOT anti decompiling tecnical.
