Hi All,
My transition from procedural to OOP was very traumatic
In mid 90's I've was a FoxPro For Windows treacher and I had to learn about its succesor (Visual FoxPro 3.0).
I've bough a gigantic and expensive book about Visual FoxPro and I've expend the entire '96 summer reading it.
Then, I've took to me about one year to start to thinking applications in "events" way correctly.
For those that were not done the big leap from procedural to OOP thinking yet, I'll talk about "Alice".
Alice, is part of the Randy Pausch legacy. An exceptional piece of software aimed to teach programming visually.
It is based on virtual worlds. You can interact with them and intuitively learn about properties, events and methods.
Alice is designed to be used with school kids, so, don't tell to anyone that you are using it

Roberto.

Thank you Roberto.
East or West HMG is the Best.
South or North HMG is worth.
...the possibilities are endless.
