HMG 2.8.2 RETIRED

Hi All,
Since there will be changes in 'value' property behavior for 'by cell navigation' grids, I've decided to retire 2.8.2.
Another change that I'm considering, is allowing the creation of mixed (by cell / by row) selection grids applications, so, a global setting could be a problem. I'm considering to replace it with a new property for grid (CellNavigation).
