Height ComboBox in Windows Vista

Hi:
The height of the ComboBox is not respected in W. Vista.

For all Windows versions, ComboBox's height refers to the control height including the dropdown list.
So, when the control list is no visible, changes in height doesn't affect it in a visible way.
This is explained in the HMG reference.
