Cuando se abre la base de datos se abre nada mas en modo exclusivo se podria abrir de alguna forma en modo compartido ?

no se si sea mucho pedir tanto a Roberto Lopez Como a esgici si se pudiera de alguna forma integrar el DBA al IDE de Roberto que dentro de preferencias en el IDE se pueda indicar el programa a utilizar para manejar base de datos y en la ventana de Examinador de proyectos tener una pestaña indicando las bases de datos del proyecto

It's already in TODO list of DBA

Personally, I don't suppose this will be much useful. We can easly run any application with any other simultaneously without any integration.
