Here's another version with litle improvements:

I also wanted to make ToolTips work on items that look like buttons (StatusBar-> Item-> RAISED)

- Drives form, appropriate setting
- Third item at StatusBar for user message/info
- Splitted in two modules. Because InstalledAt.prg can be used to compile with other projects.
