ERROR Abrir tablas dbf MULTIUSUARIO

Hola todos
al abrir tablas dbf usando la sentencia USE y esta esta abierta por otro usuario en forma exclusiva, no genera ningun ERROR y NO LO ABRE, el programa continua como si la tabla estuviera en blanco

esto ocurre cuando se generar informes

AL ABRIR EL ARCHIVO EN FORMA EXCLUSIVA y este ya este en uso por otro usuario deberia el sistema INFORMAR que YA esta abierto por otra persona

esto ocurre cuando se usa la sentencia USE

use Tabla exclusive

use tabla1 shared
