Continuing with the theme of the IDE

As I mentioned in my previous post, I'm starting to use the IDE, and I have other questions, which perhaps you can help me.

When adding a module (. PRG), a message tells me that. PRG must be in the same folder of the project.

I use the following folder structure: c:\sia\
c:\sia\data\
c:\sia\source\
c:\sia\include\
c:\sia\imgs\

where the project file should be in c:\sia\
and routes set in the preferences as shown in the picture.

I'm doing something wrong?, to use the folder structure that I said
