I am searching for this solution for several days. But, never asked suggestion from my HMG friends, because I thought it is not possible with HMG. I asked many experts of different libraries and groups, but no solutions. Now, I am coming to my HOME for my last try.
I want to use Print/Preview facility of HMG from my old apps, which currently developed with xHarbour+gtwvw. I am using Win32Prn with PDF Printer to Print/Preview, but I want to give my users a easier way.
I am thinking in this way:
1. Create gtwvw library with Mingw compiler (I have to ask for batch file for Mingw from Budyanto D.J.)
2. Include that library with HMG IDE.
3. Change xHarbour specific functions to their Harbour counterparts. In my case I don't use any xHarbour specific functions
4. Compile with Mixed Console mode.
I am not sure whether it will work or not. Can anyone have any experience? And, if it is not possible or wrong way of thinking, please warn me as a good friend, so that I shall not waste my time in this experiment.
