habit); prg is working properly for me.
Does my proposal build command run properly and produce error free executable ?
I have two bad news for you:
First: your
builder ( Mibuild2.bat ) don't work correct
When given a
parametro it run off the rails
Moreover, it doesn't care about
parametros 
Second: I can't re-produce your error, everything is right here.
- May be modified prg code, such as adding some line(s), such as #include ...
- May be your HMG older than 3.0.39
- ... etc
IMO, since you find that error, you have help me finding and eliminating it, am I unjust
