How to change/enlarge ROWHEIGHT of GRID?

I think you want to place some controls over the grid cell for edit-in-place.
The row height of the grid is automatically adjusted for the fontsize, where as, the height of other controls can be adjusted according to the cell height.
IMHO, there is no separate property to adjust the cell height other than the fontsize.
