A side effect, in everything demo, is that the controls that are positioned to avoid overlapping the upper toolbars are now too down, leaving a blank area.
But this is a plus, because we don't have to pay attention if the toolbars will be overlapped or not !

Should I commit the central widget in windows or abandon it ?

The approach I used wasn't so good, in the end, too many window related methods needed to be overloaded...
