Considering that the old function aimed to do the same work (SaveWIndowByHandle()) failed the same way.. there must be some 'karmic' thing...

Hice el cambio como lo indica y ejecute BuildAllLib32.bat pero el problema persiste...
Tengo Win7 SP1 32 Bits
