Although using <> for #includes is not correct, IMHO there is no bug to report. .
IMHO C programmers are strictly conservative, even fanatic about their habits .

But, using <> works for all other purposes and produces no error, so, it is possible that the same 'bug report' about incremental builds be reported many times in the future...

There is a similar problem with BCC builds too.
The HBMK utility have not an incremental feature with string
#include <minigui.ch>
in the PRG source...

I've rebuilt HBMK2.exe and Harbour.exe from yesterday's SVN and it is working fine with <> too.
Please, note that -head=real has been changed to -head=native.
