 HMG 3.0 FORUM TEST XIXChanges on this release:
- You can exit now from cell editing on grid with a mouse click outside the cell. This has the same effect as the <Esc> key (you will need a second click to reposition the cursor). This is a slight break of the feature freeze, I know  - Fixed: problem with data-bound grid uptate when record pointer is moved by the user. Reported by me. - Added buttons (save and cancel) and a label to data-bound grid memo edit window (another slight break to the feature freeze - Added error checking to 'ColumnWhen' and 'ColumnValid' Browse/Grid events. From this release, when an attempt to edit a Browse/Grid cell inside these event procedures is done, a runtime error is generated. Reported by Luis Vazquez. - New sample HMGTALK by Vanguarda (Great Job!). - Various fixes on IDE. Master, i not be able of execute "HMG Reference" in menu "HELP". The web browser not opened with HMG documentation! I instaled this new version on default folder. I´m use Windows 7 Ultimate version. Re: HMG 3.0 FORUM TEST XIX Roberto, Can the method of changing the cell value while cell navigation through mouse be changed to the accepted value instead of "Esc" key? In that case, 'combo box' in-place edit controls can be selected through mouse itself.
Also, this method of capturing the mouse click outside modal windows can be used in combo search box component also. Let me try that. Thanks a lot for this excellent feature. _________________ East or West HMG is the Best. South or North HMG is worth. |
