Wishs for TREE

Hi
- Since the TREE control may contains "images", I whish that AddItem() method also accept image definition.
- In addition to Expand() and Collapse(), ExpandAll() and CollapseAll() methods will be very handy.
- In addition to ON DBLCLICK event, an ON CLICK may be useful.
