Hi all,

For those who are wondering for the past seven days, now you would be relieved from the suspense.

Here, one person had given a clue about an important day. When on 1st August, 2008 his age was 46 years, 2 moths and 16 days today should be his Birthday.

Should that not be a day important for our community? Should that not to be celebrated?

YES. Today is the birthday of our HMG Founder, Roberto Lopez.

Many more happy returns of the day!

IMHO, we, the HMG fraternity shall celebrate every year this day as 'World wide HMG Day'. What do you think friends?

A couple of days ago I was just wondering how a man from different part of the world has given me a chance to do windows programming without cutting my roots as Clipper programmer. And I paid nothing to him and the community in terms of money. Sometimes people who are geographically distant to us and have never met in person becomes close to us, becomes more respectable to us. Don't know why there's so much hatred in this world...see how nice is our this forum with nice people from accross the globe. I think SHARING is the word we should practise. It will not be out of place to mention that Sudip shared his knowledge of xHarbour and HMG with me - so I learnt a bit. So guys let us help each other in the days to come and make HMG a strong platform.
