You might have experienced the fast loading of our forum from the previous version. One of the reason behind the speed is all the icons shown in the forum are only Unicode characters!

All the icons (about 675) are put together as a font.

I think we can also use this font in our applications. Instead of saving the icons in the resource and increasing the size of the executable, it is easy to have it as a character scalable to any point!
East or West HMG is the Best.
South or North HMG is worth.
...the possibilities are endless.
